Isaiah 45: 9-10
“What sorrow awaits those who argue with their Creator.
Does a clay pot argue with its maker?
Does the clay dispute with the one who shapes it, saying,
‘Stop, you're doing it wrong!’
Does the pot exclaim,
‘How clumsy can you be?’
Does a clay pot argue with its maker?

Does the pot exclaim,
‘How clumsy can you be?’
How terrible it would be if a newborn baby said to its father,
‘Why was I born?’
Or if it said to its mother,
‘Why did you make me this way?’”

Why do so many of us struggle with our appearance? We ask; "Why cant I be taller, smarter, funnier, more athletic?"; "I wish I had blue eyes instead of green!"; "I wish my hair was blonde and not brown, or that I had straight hair instead of curly!".
We never seem to be satisfied with what God had given us. He is our Creator, our Potter. We are His clay. He molded us and called us His masterpiece. Ephesians 2: 10 For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
When God looks at you He is well pleased with how He created you--a one of a kind, totally unique, only one like you! Lets spend more time thanking God for how He has sculpted and fashioned us. Don't try and be like someone else--desiring and envying anothers attributes. You are God's child. Well made! Praise Him today!

Let us pray God's Word over our lives: For you created my inmost being; You knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well.. (Psalm 139: 13-14; NIV) Thank You, God, for loving us so much! Thank You for the unique ways You set us each apart. May we look in the mirror and see the reflection of a child of God, fearfully and wonderfully made. In Jesus' Name, Amen..
