John 1:41

The first thing Andrew did was to find his brother Simon and tell him, "We have found the Messiah"

The next couple weeks I am going to be doing a series, my series is called "In The Name of Jesus". I will be sending you out Scriptures so that you can see all the names of Jesus.

This weeks is Messiah.

The Messiah is such an important name because it meant and showed that He was God.

The meaning of Messiah in the dictionary is:

-the promised and expected deliver of the Jewish people

-an expected deliverer

-a zealous leader

_Jesus Christ! Regarded as fulfilling this promise & expectation.

John 4: 25-26 The woman said, “I know the Messiah is coming—the one who is called Christ. When he comes, he will explain everything to us.”

Then Jesus told her, “I Am the Messiah!”

Dear Lord,

Thank You for teaching us all about You.

I pray that we will love, and follow You all of our lives and that You will guide and direct us.

In Jesus' Name We Pray,
