Matthew 28: 19
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
The disciples were to baptize people because baptism unites believers with Jesus Christ in their death to sin and their resurrection to new life!
Baptism symbolizes submission to Christ, a willingness to live God's way, and identification with God's covenant people!
Thank You Jesus for showing us the way to approach baptism.
Thank You that we can be washed by Your Blood! Cleansed by You!
We worship You! In Jesus' Name, Amen..
