Today's Scripture *August 22, 2008*
Psalm 117: 1-2
O praise the LORD, all ye nations: praise him, all ye people.
For his merciful kindness is great toward us: and the truth of the LORD endureth for ever. Praise ye the LORD.
Have you ever said, "I can't think of anything God has done for me today. How can I praise Him?".
This Psalm gives two reasons for praising God ; His unfailing love toward us and His faithfulness that endures forever. If He did nothing else for us, He would still be worthy of our highest praise!!!
Heavenly Father, Gracious God, Eternal King!
We worship You and give You praise!
For who You are and all that You have done!
You are always and forever, worthy of all praise!
In Jesus' Name, Amen..
