2 Timothy 4: 18

Yes, and the Lord will deliver me from every evil attack and will bring me safely into his heavenly Kingdom. All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.

Here Paul was affirming his belief in eternal life after death. Paul knew the end was near, and he was ready for it. Paul was confident in God's power even as he faced death. Anyone facing a life-and-death struggle can be comforted knowing that God will bring each believer safely through death to His Heavenly Kingdom.

Father, we praise You! We thank You so much the promise of eternal life with You! May we enter into each day knowing that as long as we love You, serve You, and have given our hearts to You, we are safe! We will see You face to face one day! And spend eternity in Your presence. In Jesus' Name, Amen..
