Ashley's Today's Scripture *November 2, 2008*
John 6: 21
I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Anyone who eats this bread will live forever; and this bread, which I will offer so the world may live, is my flesh.”
In this Scripture the word " living bread" is symbolic for Christ. When we take of Christ and listen and obey Him we will live forever. God has offered the whole world this "living bread", those who accept will have eternal life with Christ.
Dear Lord,
I thank You so much that You are willing to offer Yourself to us. I pray that this week we will be able to honor You in everything that we do.
