How To Make Your Prayer Work (Jan 27, 2009)

Prayer Request:
  When you pray, it important to realize that you need to believe that you will receive, whatever things you ask for when you pray.  This fact is made evident in the Gospel Of Mark.  
 
Mark 11: 24 (NKJV) "Therefore, I say to you, whatever things you ask for when you pray, believe that you will receive them, and you wil have them."
  
You should be careful not to doubt in your heart, or you will nulify any chance of your prayer request coming to pass.  There can no ifs or buts, in your prayer.  We are also warned against this in the Gospel Of Mark.

Mark 11:23 (NKJV) "For assuredly, I say to you, whoever..does not doubt in his heart, believes that he says will be done, he will have whatever he says."
  
 It is also importatn to know, that we will receive that we will receive nothing from God, if ask Him for them aout selfishness.  This warning is given against those that do in in the Book of James.

James: 4: 3 (NKJV) "You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures."

Also one more point, after you pray to God, thank Him in advance for answering and granting your prayer request, because this shows that you trust HIm completely to take care of these things.
