Isaiah 66:2

My hands have made both heaven and earth;
They and everything in them are mine.
I, the Lord, have spoken!

“I will bless those who have humble and contrite hearts,
Who tremble at my word.

This Scripture is a very good one. It has three main points to it.

1. The Lord is the Creator of all things

2. He will bless us for having humble and contrite hearts.

3. Those who tremble at His Word will also be blessed.

The Lord created the heavens and the earth, everything and everyone in it are His. If we are humble we will be blessed.

Contrite in the dictionary is defined as caused by or showing sincere remorse. When we are contrite we will be blessed.

Dear Lord,

Thank You for this week, Thank You for our families and friends. I pray that we will always remember that we are Yours. I pray that we will have humble and contrite hearts all the time.
