Christian Homes Burnt In Pakistan (Aug 17, 2009)

Prayer Request:
 Dear In Jesus Christ,,

find below the news clip of " Muslims set on fire 40 Christian Homes, Children and Women burnt to death" i want to draw your attention to this matter, It is a very sad and distressing situation as Christians in Pakistan are under attack; they don’t feel secure in their own country simply because they are Christians. The government’s reaction is also very disappointing. It is the government’s duty to protect its citizens and now is the time to pass legislation that will stop the misuse of the blasphemy law and prevent any further attacks on Christians and we condemend such incidents.

This was a report sent to me by a Pastor friend in Pakistan. There will be pictures posted of how desperate the situation is getting there.

All Houses are burnt. People are sleeping on roads, they have not even a single resource to survive. We are providing for what we could do. Now we want to provide them beds, furniture, cloths, toilets, food and shelter, these are basic things which they deserve.

The Affected people really look forward for some donations and prayers.
