In the stillness of my heart

I hear the call of your voice

The call to come, to be as one.

 

In the stillness of my heart

I wait for you to fulfill the deepest desire

In the stillness of my heart, You take over

 

The absence of motion draws me quietly in

The calmness without winds

Helps me take it all in.

 

There is silence in my garden

As my heart yearns for you

Still my emotions take control

Of the love we have to flow

Deep in my heart the light grows slow.

 

In the stillness of my heart

The calm takes over

You free me from distress

You give me plenty rest

As my day goes on my heart finds

The truth.

 

You soothe my aching heart

As I fade off to sleep

I hear in the stillness of my heart

Your whisper inside of me

Bestill my child indeed

I will fill all Thy Needs.
