Proverbs 4:10

My child, listen to me and do as I say,
And you will have a long, good life.

When we listen to God we will have a long and prosperous life. God has all the wisdom in the world and knows how our lives will play out. If we listen to Him we will be able to become wise and make good choices. God calls us His child and just like we have to listen to our earthly father we need to listen to our Heavenly Father as well. His instructions will lead us into a long and fulfilling life. We just need to trust and believe.

Dear Lord,

Thank You for this day. Thank You for Your Word, and the instructions and provisions that it holds for us.

I pray that You will help us to have a heart to receive the instructions that You have for us.

In Jesus' Name We Pray
