Today's Scripture *January 26, 2010*

2 Corinthians 3:17
For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

Those who were trying to be saved by keeping the Old Testament Law alone, were soon tied up in rules and ceremonies. But now, through the Holy Spirit, God provides freedom from sin and condemnation.
Romans 8: 1So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.
When we trust Christ to save us, He removes our heavy burden of trying to please Him and our guilt for failing to do so. By trusting Christ we are loves, accepted, forgiven, and freed to live for Him. "Wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom"!!!

God, we praise Your Holy Name and we thank You for the freedom we have been given in You.
Thank You for Your Word to us, O Lord. We value it and treasure Your guidance.
Fill us and restore us, Lord we pray. May we truly understand and experience Your precious gift of freedom.
In Jesus' Name, Amen..

God bless you!
Have a wonderful week ahead!

Love your sister in Christ our Lord,
April
