1 Samuel 1: 7
Year after year it was the same—Peninnah would taunt Hannah as they went to the Tabernacle. Each time, Hannah would be reduced to tears and would not even eat.
Part of God's plan for Hannah involved postponing her years of childbearing. While Peninnah and Elkanah looked at Hannah's outward circumstances, God was moving ahead with His plan.
Think of those in your world who are struggling with God's timing in answering their prayers and who needs your love and help. By supporting those who are struggling, you may help them remain steadfast in their faith and confident in His timing to bring fulfillment to their lives.
God, help us to remain steadfast in our own lives as well as support, love, and encourage those around us who are waiting on Your timing and for the completion of Your plan in their lives. We trust You and we lean on Your Holy Spirit and the Truth of Your Word to sustain us. In Jesus' Name, Amen..
