Jonah 1: 4
But the Lord hurled a powerful wind over the sea, causing a violent storm that threatened to break the ship apart.
Jonah's disobedience to God endangered the lives of the ships crew.
We have a great responsibility to obey God's Word because our sin and disobedience can hurt not only us but others around us.
Lord God, we want to be obedient servants.
Help us to obey You no matter what the cost may appear to be.
May we look to Your Word for our directions in life.
In Jesus' Name, Amen..
