Habakkuk 1:5
The Lord replied,
“Look around at the nations;
Look and be amazed! For I am doing something in your own day, Something you wouldn't believe Even if someone told you about it.
God responded to Habakkuk's questions and concerns by stating that He would do amazing acts that would astound Habakkuk. When circumstances around us become almost unbearable, we might wonder if God has forgotten us. But remember, He is in control. God has a plan and will judge evildoers in His time. If we are truly humble, we will be willing to accept God's answers and await His perfect timing.
God, we thank You and praise You for Your perfect timing!
Help us to trust in You and cling to Your promises when things look bleak around us.
We know that You are in control of all things; big and small. And You will do what is right and just in Your time.
In Jesus' Name, Amen..

PS. Thank you to everyone who prayed for my oral surgery Tuesday. There was a slight problem and it has caused me some pain and the need to go back for another oral surgery next week. I apologize for not getting the Scripture devotion delivered to you in a timely manner. As the pain and bleeding subsides-- I hope to be back online and back to myself sending out the Scripture like always. I sure do appreciate your prayers though and trust that I will be back to good oral health soon!
