Romans 5 : 19

For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.

Obedience is so important in your walk with God. When we obey we are showing loyalty to God and showing Him that we care enough to listen to what He says. Obeying can be one of the hardest things to do especially when you know you want to do one thing but you are told to do another ! It really takes someone strong to be obedient all the time. I know in my life that I am not always obedient and when I really think about it and look back on my disobedience it would have benefited me in great ways to just do what I was told. We need to listen to God because when we do our lives will go well; we will be able to walk a walk with God that we know is full of obedience and trust .

Dear Lord ,

I pray that we will be obedient to You. I pray that You will help us to make good choices and to listen to You and those in authority over us.

I pray that You will guide us and be with us as we make big decisions in our lives.

In Jesus' Name We Pray
