USA - Isabel's Testimony
"My husband was an alcoholic/drug user and abusive. When the situation became unbearable, I left him and took our 15-month-old son and went to a shelter. I was four months pregnant at the time. I cried out loud for God. `Help me, please!' The answer came quickly and I was able to move into a subsidized apartment.
During this time Operation Provision was ministering in the area. I am grateful to God that my name was on their list for help. They brought food, clothes and the Word of God. They ministered to me and I got saved.
The list would be too long if I were to try and count the ways God has blessed me since that time. Of course, the most important thing is that I found Jesus and my church. Today, I pray for people like I was, lost and needing to be found by faithful laborers from Operation Provision who will minister the love of Jesus and get them born again. My husband got saved too. Praise God!"
Isabel is from Brazil. When she got married and moved to the USA, she came in because of her American husband. When she left him, she could not work because she had no green card. This meant that she really could not get financial aid or even hold a job. Through prayer, she received her green card and US citizenship. She now has a good job paying a good high five figure income, a nice home, and she's a giver into Operation Provision.
USA - Delivered
The angels of heaven were celebrating because one man and a 13 year old boy received Jesus and made Him the Lord of their lives after receiving a box of food and ministry from Operation Provision. Not only did this man receive Jesus, but he was delivered from drug and alcohol addiction. He and his family are reconciling their differences, and they have began to attend church regularly.
USA - New Life
After leading this woman to the Lord during deliveries, the deliverers prayed that she would get a better job, get a house, and get set free from drug addiction. She not only got saved, but got a new job working forty hours a week plus benefits, was set free from her addiction, and has moved into a three bedroom home with her children. Yes! God answers prayers.
USA - School Grades
The mother of this young teenage girl asked us if we could talk to her daughter about her failing school grades. She was making Ds and Fs, her attitude was bad as a result, and she was headed in the wrong direction. We ministered to her and showed her the scripture in the book of James 1:5; "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."
We also showed in the Bible that she had the mind of Christ if she was born again. She received salvation, we taught her how to pray before her tests, and to ask for wisdom. The next semester she was making Bs and Cs, and by the next grading period she was on the honor roll. She said that she now found school easy and exciting and wanted to be a nurse. The Word is true.
USA - Church Changed
A nucleus of our congregation had been earnestly praying for our church to become a beacon of hope and light to the city of Tallahassee. The outreach ministry, Operation Provision, is one way we can reach out to the city and share our love. OP is affording our body of believers a goal and new vision for reaching lost souls. It has added a new spark of enthusiasm to our group as the Holy Spirit is working in individual lives. We are pulling together and praying together in a new and special way. OP is a concrete approach to fulfilling the Lord's command to help the poor and needy. Praise the Lord for this ministry.

Venezuela - Desperate Lady
After a presentation introducing the ministry of Operation Provision at a pastors meeting, a box of food used for demonstration was delivered to a needy family of a mother and five children. The mother was in the process of sending her children to the streets to fend for themselves, and she was planning to commit suicide when the knock came to her door with the offer of food. She was destitute which was the reason for her actions. The people delivering the food prayed with her encouraged her to give Jesus a chance to help her. She got saved, her five children got saved, she and they started attending church regularly. Since that time she has led seven other members of her family to Jesus.
Kenya - Just In Time
A box of food was delivered to a young man in Kenya. He was hungry and unsaved. Because of the gift of food and the love of Jesus, and the gospel preached by a loving couple from this church, this young man got saved and asked Jesus into his heart. Two weeks later the young man was visiting friends in the bush and he was killed.
The one thing we know for sure is that he is now in heaven for eternity. Two weeks earlier and he would have been in hell for eternity. This just goes to show just how close some are to hell and how important it is for us to do our part in the great commission.
Venezuela - Only Guava to Eat
A box of food was delivered to an unsaved poor family in Venezuela. When we knocked on his door, he answered it with a large guava and the blade of a butcher knife in his hand. His wife and two children cowered in a dark corner of the one room that they called home.
We told him that we had a box of food for him that Jesus told us to bring. The man looked at the box and began to weep. He told us that he was about to cut up the guava and divide among his family. He said that his children were so hungry that the guava had little effect on their hunger. We told him that Jesus loved him and his family and would like to be a part of their lives, so, that He could help them.
The man, weeping, called his family over to him and all four of them fell to their knees weeping and accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. They have been attending church ever since. The man is now working and the family is doing very well.
Venezuela - God Hates Us
A family in another town in Venezuela were told by some so-called Christians that the reason that they were so poor was because God hated them. Can you believe that?
During my second visit to Venezuela, I purchased enough food for twelve boxes of food, which was to be given to the churches to distribute. One of the boxes found its way to this family.
These people were afraid of Christians, because they thought that God hated them.
When the knock came on the door and they answered it and saw that it was members of the church around the corner, they became fearful. The deliverers told them that Jesus was not mad at them; in fact, He loved them. He loved them so much that he sent a man from the USA to buy this food for them.
The deliverers said that an instant peace came upon their faces, and they began to weep. All five members of that family fell to their knees and asked Jesus into their lives. They started to attend church regularly, and the members of the church heard their testimony, loved them, helped them with their rent, food, clothes, and helped the man get a job. That is showing the love of Jesus.
